2010 Break Between Seasons

Hope you are enjoying your time off between the Spring and Fall seasons despite the sweltering heat. I am looking forward to the Fall 2010 season and have talked with several other players who are ready for the season as well. With the season starting in late August, you will want to check back on this site often Online registration will open soon. We'll start the captain recruitment process shortly so let us know if you would like to be a captain for the Fall 2010 season.

SMSL Fall 2010 Registration

Fall registration will be opening later this week.

In order to increase our ref pool and enhance the quality of the product the SMSL offers, there will be some changes for the Fall season.

The player fee will remain at $60 - $62 online. The ref pay will be increased and the Central Illinois ref pool utilized. Games will be run with a two-man ref system. The season will be 8 weeks starting Sep 12 and finishing Oct 31. 4 team tournament Nov 7 and 14. Play will be at SASA on Sundays at 12, 2, and 4.

Congrats to Germany and Ivory Coast for a well played, if rain interrupted final. Congrats to Ivory Coast for winning the game and the season. Well done, gentlemen.
