Attendance:  Bogdanovich, Watson, Paul, Bundy, Eguez, DuBois, Perko, Watson, 
Turner, Solomon.


1.  Minutes of last meeting reviewed and approved. 

2.  Treasurer's report- $1350 balance.  $75 spent on tourney with $37 in donations.
Amended to indicate Jacksonville still owes $240 from Fall Season.

3.  Insurance-  Liability insurance we have may cover spectators only.  Needs to be 
checked out.  Need to visit Mehaffy.  

4.  Elections-  Ryan Turner elected to Vice Chair unopposed.  Treasurer's election tabled.   

5.  Letters thanking sponsors to be completed by Solomon.

6.  Spring Registration-  Add liability waiver to form.  No start date on form.  Allow for 
both Gietl and Kiwanis.  

7.  Shorts and socks for spring season-  Discussion on purchasing shorts and socks.  

Moved and approved not to buy shorts and socks based on cost and quality concerns.

8.  Sponsorship committee- Tabled till next meeting.

9.  Draft modification-  Moved and approved to "explore possible changes in the draft 
procedure."

10.  Non payers-  Reuben Martinez and Dave LaFrance will need to pay double to 
register for Spring.

11.  Possible change in fields-  Maybe play first half of season on Kiwanis and second 
half on Gietl.  

12. Field condition-  Solomon to follow up on getting load of sand/topdressing in goal 
mouths.
