SMSL Board Meeting

Attendance:  Solomon, Calderon, Paul, Bundy, Polansky, Graves, Turner, Tokgoz, 
Cavanagh, DuBois, Bogdanovich, Norton, Logan, Hobte, Manneh, Vanderkolk

1.  Review of previous minute-  Approved.

2.  Treasurer's Report-  Ordered 20 or 28 sweatshirts, sold 12.  Buy a sweatshirt and 
support the League.

3.  Service Hours-  Progress is good.  Upcoming tournament may offer opportunity.

4.  Supplemental Draft-  Captains need to get drop lists in.  4 new sign ups including 2 
keepers.  Droplist is potentially 6-7.  Supplemental draft will be a Vito's at 8:00 on Weds 
26th.

5.  Rules change-  Rules change prohibiting dropping a player from a team for purposes 
of the supplemental draft due to disciplinary action such as suspension approved.

6.  Post Discipline-  All teams indicate they can field a team.

7.  Red Cards and Additional Punishment-  Brief discussion on League policy for extra 
punishment due to red cards or specific acts tables untill later date.  Includes idea of 
cumulative red cards on a team having consequences.

8.  Picnics-  Something should be done for the final.

9.  Red Cross Safe Family Sat-  SMSL to do hot dogs on 4/29 at 9 am.

10.  Official Rotation-  We need to get Joe and Ric out of the centers now and then.  
Segibiano to be asked to rotate centers and try to get Formea's in the rotation.

11.  Rules changes-  Rule creating player replacement procedure passed.
Rule concerning trading players discussed and tabled to be brought back with amended 
language.

12.  Pictures and letter-  Motion to send team picture and letter to each sponsor inviting 
then to the final passed.  Solomon authorized to spend up to $40 to create and mail pics.
