Minutes of SMSL Meeting 10/16/06

Attendance:  Paul, Solomon, Bundy, Vanderkolk, M. Turner, S. Jiminez, Nyagleoh


1.  League to send team pictures to sponsors with thank you letters.  Solomon will coordinate.

2.  Discussion of trophies.  Get Golden Boot and medals for 1st place.  Use rotating Fall trophy.  Solomon to order from Funky's.

3.  Discussion of cut short 2nd game on 10/15.  Some concerns about behavior voiced.  Making sure rules apply to everyone equally an issue.

4.  Elections to be held during last games of the season at field.  President, Secretary, and 5 directors up for election.  Solomon to prepare ballot and put notice on Web.

5.  No cookout or end of season food.  Too cold.  No real planned festivities.
