Attendance:  Paul, Solomon, Vanderkolk, Agirbas, R. Turner


1. Review of minutes- approved

2.  Treasurer's report- About $2100.  Still out some unpaid registrations.

3.  Discussion of spring schedule-  Mar 11 start, shoot for 8 teams.

4.  Sponsors-  working on sponsors

5.  Balls-  Ryan to buy League balls for Spring.  Authorized to spend up to $225.

6.  Captains-  Try to find some more. So far: Kutcher, Norton, Frey.

7.  Tax letter- approved to send letter asking for sales tax exemption.

8.  By laws-  Draft by laws handed out for review and future action.

9.  Theme session-  discussion of a theme for spring.  NASL, Champions League, UEFA mentionsed.
