Treasurer's Report: 
* Balance: $1,466.89
* SIU Sponsor Check: +$250
* Paypal Balance: +$450
* Soccer Balls: -$201.95
* Trophies: -$286
* Expected Balance Going into 2008 Spring Season: $1,678.94
* Four sponsors have not paid yet:

o Corner Pub
o Sammy's (Spring, 2008)
* Board members will contact the sponsors to collect fees

2009 Budget: 
* A budget will be constructed for all of 2009
* Biggest Projected Expense: Playing at SASA
* SASA held a meeting on November 17th to see if SMSL will be invited back for next season
* Miguel to follow up with Chuck
* The Board approved paying the center referee $60 and $30 each for the assistant referees

2009 Calendar: 
* Miguel created a calendar outlining possible dates for the Spring and Fall seasons
* Possible SMSL Tournament during the season
* Miguel will distribute the calendar to the board for discussion during December meeting

Supplemental Draft: 
* One of the biggest issues with the Fall 2008 season was the supplemental draft
* There were many questions about how to determine the team with the most "need"
* Miguel drafted a "Supplemental Draft Calculator" to resolve the issue and will distribute to the Board
* The Board will discuss during the December meeting

Restructuring of Spring 2009 Regular Season & Tournament:  
* There is a desire to make the regular season more important 
* Many ideas were discussed, but it largely depends on how many teams there will be during the Spring season
* The issue was tabled until December meeting
