Calderon, Vanderkolk, JC Jimenez, Solomon, Bundy

1.  Tournament dates- 
quarters 12,2,4 11/2
semis, 12x2 11/9
final 3 11/9

Purser to give input to finalize decision.

2.  Final committee-  festivities will occur.

3.  Playoff officials secured- Jakeaway, Formea, Baynes, Kurtner, Grounea, Eck, Nelson

4.  Lockbox keys and status- Solomon to clean out contents.  Discussion of reloacting box and contents to Jimenez houshold via Bundy vehicle.

5.  Elections-  Elections upcoming,  Ballot will be run by Calderon and Bundy.

6.  SAS update-  SASA asked for something more formal and for costs next season.  Work in progress

7.  Board communication-  Single person will make responses with a canned response to inquiries.  Solomon will draft response and present back.

8. SMSL Select shirts-  Shirts secured by extra sponsor.  Shirts in possession of S. Jimenez.

9.  Sponsor money-  Need money from The Corner Pub and Grill, Mo Madonia, and Sammy's.  

10.  Financial-  Motion to buy to Brine Championship balls in red for final.  $100 each.

11.  Keychains- winning tournament team to get keychains.

12.  Discussion of making player pictures available for captains drafting in the spring.  Solomon to look at option including uploading a picture when registering.
