1.  Financial report-  Bundy indicates beginning season with roughly $1,700 balance. 

2.  Sponsors-  Working on several sponsors.  Xochimilco, Turnaround Dance Studio, Mo Madonia, Cafe Andiamo, Architectural Renovations, and The Bean Person are all possibilities.  Need to get them firmed up ASAP.

3.  Captains- Cragoe, Ryan, Cavanagh, Xavier, Trencevski, Bundy.  Call to be made to ask if Baratcu wants to captain.  If he does, someone wil step out.

4.  Registration- Solomon to send lists out of peopl to call to get them to pay.

5.  Fields- SASA set for all weeks except Sept 13.  For that week we will play at Gietl.

6.  Format- 2 5 game mini-seasons. Winner of mini-1 vs winner of mini-2 play reg season championship.  Argentine style.  Post season tournament 8 team bracket 2 byes seed by random draw. 

7.  Draft- 9:00 Andiamo.  Board to meet at 8:00.

8.  T-shirts- Calderon to work with Henderson.  Will also get quote from place Helmy has in mind.

9.  Playing time rules- Extensive discussion on playing time rules.  Idea is there is currently no penalty for not following the minimum playing time rules and maybe there should be.  Discussion over how to put a penalty in place, what mechanics to use, how strong, etc.  Discussion about asking Marshals to look at it.  Discussion tabled for further discussion.
