1.  Issue of adding in names of people who didn't register on time and moving to 7 teams.  Extensive discussion with Board and captains.

Captains were polled and majority approved idea of 7 teams.

Moved and approved.  Voting no: Solomon


2.  Board action to seed captains in draft was suspended by President based on captain input.


3.  Suggestion made to open online registration for following season prior to end of previous season.
