SMSL Meeting Minutes

1.  SASA work day-  Friday at 5. Doing field 6 and 7. Will have SASA contract Fri.  Will get Field 2 for the Final.

2.  SASA contract- $600.  Basically we get to play.  For inclement weather Chuck E gets to make field use decisions.  

3.  Solomon to contcat Bogdanovich about setting up Centennial for play and getting ready.  

4.  Shirts- Pick up on the 12th.  9 L and 8 XL.  Special order shirts for supplemental at $9.50 a shirt. 

5.  Sponsor revenue- 
Paid: E&F, Bean, La Fiesta, Mo, Arch Ren
Need: Lake Pointe, Xoch, AzTCa, Hampton, Gray Noll
CC United will bring. 

6.  Issue of player drafted on Bean Person who wanted to be on La Fiesta.  Will get him a refund if a trade can't be worked out.  

7.  Funds-  Enough to pay refs on day one.  

8.  Refs-  "Cocked, locked, and ready to rock."  

9.  Field Marshalls-  Decision made to have Marshalls cover 2 games.  1 marshall per time slot.

10.  Tournament draw to go on web.
