SMSL meeting minutes

Board present: Vanderkolk, Jimenez, Solomon, Cragoe, Arogundade, Kimsey
Board absent: Ferniza (business), Helmy, Rojas
Other attendees: Player Liason Bundy


1.  By law review-  Extensive discussion on by laws.  Solomon to make changes incorporating discussion points and send to Board.  Solomon to put notice on Web concernign potential changes. Board to review and vote changes at next meeting.

2. Rules-  Extensive discussion on rules.  Solomon to make changes incorporating discussion points and send to Board.  Solomon to put notice on Web concernign potential changes. Board to review and vote changes at next meeting.

3.  Treasurer's Report-  Balance is absolutley outstanding.  About $2800.

The Board thanked President Vanderkolk for his service and his hospitality.
