Feb 22 Captain's Meeting Held- Outline captain responsibilities, explain draft rules and procedures, replace nonattending captains

4.  Placement of sponsor related person on a team

If you are bringing in a sponsor you can be on that team.
Example:  If you bring in XYZ Plumbing because that is where you work, you can be on that team. 
You can't pick your captain if you are on that team.  
You can't automatically have another player - even another employee- assigned to that team.  It might happen but it isn't an automatic and it isn't highly desired by the Board.

The rule is that the Board wants to see a direct and demonstratable association before allowing players to be placed on specific teams.  The new rules allow captains to agree on player placements, but there needs to be a direct and demostratabale association between a player and ateam which has been approved by the Board before this happens.

6.  Board appointment-
Adrian Rojas replaced with Citizen Direction and Player Liason Thomas H. Bundy

7. Rules reviewed and approved.  Secretary to make final corrections and circulate for final approval.

8.  Registrar urged to contact Litchfield and have their players come in through the draft.
